Off-market real estate deals are all around you, you just need to know how to find them. Since by nature these deals are “off-market” nobody is shopping them around or waiting for buyers to make offers. This is why wholesalers, flippers, BRRRR-ers, and real estate investors of all types go the off-market property route when searching for hidden cash flow or appreciation opportunities.
Henry Washington, rental property investor, flipper, and everything in between, has used four off-market investing strategies to build his portfolio. Henry is the first to admit that while these methods aren’t terribly challenging, they do take a fair amount of follow-up. Thankfully, the trade-off for this follow-up is financial gain by getting rental properties or fix and flips for heavily discounted rates.
