Working with a real estate agent can be a bit like playing roulette. Sometimes you land on a great one. You know, the agents that have your back, negotiate hard for you and are around whenever you have questions. But then, there are the other agents. The pushy agents, the ones who barely pick up the phone, rush you through a house and act impatient when you don’t make instant, full-priced offers. At first, it may seem hard to tell which agent is which, but if you see a few specific qualities in them, they could be the agent for you!
